Analytics - Hong Kong Quarry Bay, Eastern District

Supervise a small research team to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of service to clients in order to drive client satisfaction and development while achieving the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Job Description:

• Assist in managing a research team to ensure all research activities can be carried out in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide all-round project design skills in design, supervision and delivery of client projects to ensure meaningful and actionable findings would be generated from projects
• Direct all procedures in the departments to ensure the research studies can be managed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a close relationship with clients to build client’s trust and loyalty and to help them grow by gaining insightful information on the market and customers
• Assist senior members in building and winning the business
• Prepare winning proposals with competitive fee estimation
• Actively participate in data analysis and insight generation to provide high quality and actionable solutions for our clients
• Prepare and design reports and provide strategic conclusion and recommendations
• Deliver client presentations in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above with a minimum of 5 years of agency-based market research or related experience
• Good track record of working with major clients
• Proactive and innovative in building strong partnerships with clients and supporting their business strategies
• Excellent influencing and people management skills
• Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariable analysis would have an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
• Team player
• Strong coordination and time management skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English
