About the role
Fit for the Future is the global transformation program for Aetna International. Our Fit for the Future program has the aim for improving foundational processes primarily through automation and digitilisation to enable rapid, profitable growth.
Championed by the President of Aetna International and the Vice President of the Strategy and Program Management Office as the Executive Sponsor, this is a critical program to deliver our strategy.
Your typical day will include:
· Performing analysis and translating business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation
·Process mapping, value stream mapping and root cause analysis for process improvements
·Developing and maintaining relevant volumetric and performance data
·Modelling the impact of potential changes and the benefits we may achieve
·Working cross functionally with IT and the Business Analysts to find solutions that work with all stakeholders
·Supporting key stakeholders with consultancy and lead improvement projects and programs
·Developing PowerPoint materials to support the program and its governance
What you’ll need
·Significant Business Analyst experience or consulting experience
-Experience working within an insurance setting
·Training and certificates in Lean or other improvement methodology would be highly desirable
·You’ll be a clear, concise and influential communicator
-You’ll be expert in dealing with senior stakeholders
-A strong analytical mindset
-An ability to recognise complex problems vs objectives and apply creativity to develop solutions
-Flexibility to travel overseas essential
