Together, we are working to shape the future of health through differentiated products and services.As the Manager – Product Owner, OneMD Service and Repair (S&R) you will be responsible for the platform ownership of the OneMD Service and Repair system as Business Product Owner. You will have responsibility for driving product vision and priorities while working with Service Business teams and key extended team partners. The Product Owner is instrumental in understanding and creating product requirements, prioritizing features, and partnering with IT to deliver leading-edge capabilities. You will work collaboratively with the entire Johnson & Johnson OneMD Service and Repair teams, subject-matter experts, business partners from different functional areas, compliance, and IT. Having a digital health care product experience working within an Agile process in a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment will help be successful in this role.• Owns the OneMD Service & Repair product and drives product vision and priorities.
• Drive end-to-end, evaluation, selection, planning, and management of project resources (internal and consulting teams) as per business requirements, prioritization, and allocate demands within the team.
• Lead overall OneMD Service and Repair Platform as Product Owner and work with program management team for delivery of related programs.
• Resolve issues and change management within a standard governance structure; Call out risk management to handle issues and risks at program level.
• Monitor the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved.
• Ensure compliance to all J&J processes and standards are not compromised.
• Drives Partnership with Business Process Owners across Operating Companies to understand business needs and prioritize product line deliverables.
• Provide business leadership for S&R project activities including technology assessments, Phase 0 activities, CAR preparation, business process/analysis, and others.
• Continuously align business expectations and with recommended process and system solutions.
• Closely partner with other POs for Manufacturing, Distribution/Transportation, Quality and Compliance, Order to Cash, and Contracting to deliver integrated end-to-end Service and Repair support and processes.
• Lead and deliver solutions for acquisitions and divestiture activities impacting OneMD Service and Repair system and process solutions.
• Work in close partnership with IT Product Line Owners, Program/Project Managers, and Partner with other IT service organizations (e.g. AS, GTS) to ensure application reliability and performance alignment with Business SLAs.
• Evaluate key technology trends (e.g. Internet of Things (IoT), EDG/EADS, Robotics, etc.) and its impact on various business processes.
• Investigate, identify and propose prototyping of new technologies to further enhance system capabilities that promote and drive business solutions and revenue.
• Strong leadership for talent management & development of direct reports; ensuring all members have a robust, challenging and growth oriented objectives.
• Support an authentic, open and broad environment that maximizes diverse experiences and perspectives.
• Strong leadership skills to drive employees’ ability to meet the high demands of the business environment and to build a solid culture of engaged employees to succeed long-term.
• Drive professional development of staff, support career planning. Conduct performance management.
Qualifications
• A minimum a Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years professional experience required.
• A minimum of 5 years of service experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries required.
• Deep Knowledge of Service and Repair Process Standards required.
• Experience leading and delivering global products and solutions preferred.
• Understanding of Digital health care product or exposure preferred.
• Cross-functional partnership experience (IT, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management) required.
• Experience with complex global transformations preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to effectively lead change and prepare others with the necessary communications and tools preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate communication among diverse group of partners preferred.
• Ability to facilitate process design workshops and drive alignment across diverse partner groups preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process improvement recommendations preferred.
• Ability to lead collaborative teams with the appropriate level of constructive debate that leads to creative ideas and timely results preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and “off hours” as needed on occasion where needed for new product or project release required.
