Job Description

As our Territory Planner, you will have a critical role in the Territory Sales Planning Team developing business tools to plan and track company sales. Coordinates and consolidate the reporting and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Territory Sales Planning Manager in their role coordinating critical business planning deliverables pre-season, in-season and post-season including seasonal forecast and target as well as monthly long range sales forecast submission.
  • Support CSR, AOP and Budget process from sales perspective
  • Prepare authorized futures, cancellation and additional demand reports
  • Developing reporting and business intelligence to support the Nike Sales Organization
  • Collaborate with other members of the Sales Planning team and broader sales force where required to deliver key projects related to the role of EMEA Territory Planner
  • Actively support any contribution to seasonal process through preparation, discussion, debating when requested

Qualifications
  • MA degree in Business, Finance, Economy or Quantitative Methods
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (preferably within international structures).
  • Technical knowledge is critical, ability to work with large complex data sets & database building is a must
  • Experience with Advance Planning software and tool is welcome
  • Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms are welcome
  • Comprehensive understanding of business planning and retail math
  • Proactive approach and solid information-seeking skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
  • Ability to interpret financial sales data to create scenarios, make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
  • Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a minimal requirement
