As a Business Development Coordinator, located in New York City, you will be at the forefront of every interaction with potential enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with Account Management to further develop the region by directly engaging with large enterprises to help them transform their Business Travel strategy. You will directly contribute through management of inbound marketing leads and through a strategic outbound process, which will allow you to build awareness and interest in the Booking.com for Business platform.
B. Responsible:
Make outbound calls to existing and new business customers of Booking.com for Business;
Qualify leads through data driven prospecting activities;
Research opportunity, identify key players and generate interest;
Aid in expanding the network of Business travelers using our business platform;
Cooperate closely with the region's Account Management team.
B.Skilled:
2+ years’ experience in business development or call center environment;
Passionate about generating results;
A true listener;
Able to find the right balance between the business platform and the needs of the customer;
Fluent English speaker and writer;
Pro-active, entrepreneurial, sense of responsibility and can work independently;
Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
Business focused;
Positive attitude;
Great priority settings skills;
Helicopter view;
University background preferred;
Currently authorized to work in the United States.
