We are currently seeking a strategic, charismatic, hands-on Account Developer, Digital Agency Services / Account Director / Business Development Executive to drive new client revenue and achieve our aggressive sales growth goals.

Opportunity Overview:

As an Account Developer, Digital Agency Services / Account Director / Business Development Executive for Perficient Digital, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth for Perficient Digital through the selling of services across our Digital Agency, Digital Consulting and Digital Marketing portfolios.. You will work with our existing Digital Client Partners and partner with other Business Development Executives to develop client solutions encompassing mobile technologies, web experiences, digital media/SEO and digital strategy both for existing Perficient clients and net-new clients.

Leveraging your large personal network, you will establish and develop trusted advisor level relationships with Marketing executives across the B2B and B2C space. You will manage the sales process and pursuit strategies that leverage some of the strongest digital strategy, marketing, technical and execution capabilities in the market to craft cutting edge solutions to the challenges our clients and prospects face.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Overall responsibility for sales pipeline and closing net-new business
    • Lead sales forecasting, engagement of customers/prospects and resource utilization against any assigned leads
    • Participate in and create new go-to-market solutions and messaging for Perficient Digital
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process, working closely with the Perficient delivery team (Initial lead inquiry, qualification using BANT, scoping, estimating, SOW, contract negotiation etc.)
    • Represent Perficient Digital with client partners and third parties at industry and demand generating events.
    • Lead the definition and creation of compelling propositions and a vision for each sales opportunity
    • Create and execute a strategic sales account plan for your book of business: Identifying key stakeholders in the process, needs development and strategic approach to the pitch
    • Craft and deliver engagement plans for prospective clients through telephone, email, face-to-face meetings, corporate entertainment and all other methods available
    • Refine our sales process to ensure continual improvement of our sales effectiveness, client win-rate and client satisfaction
    • Maintain awareness of competitive activities, positioning and pricing and develop effective approaches to competing and winning against these competitors
    • Work with relevant managing directors and consulting practices to develop client offers, proposals, and presentations

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Successful track record of selling a full suite of services and solutions within digital agencies and digital consultancies
  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing complex, big-ticket sales cycles
  • Extensive experience crafting and executing plans to close large revenue projects
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing and digital experience landscapes
  • Significant business relationships and personal network of senior marketing executives
  • Availability and willingnes to travel extensively
