This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in product and infrastructure support
• Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
• Executes within a customer-centric environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to articulate technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues
• Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
• Self-motivated team player, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Discernible experience at structuring and delivering small projects to provide process excellence
• Previous experience in System Administrator, Software Engineer or operational/product support engineer
• 7+ years of experience in Windows OS versions, including Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, Windows 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 (GUI and Core)
• Advanced Knowledge of Windows core peripheral services such as TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory and HA Cluster configuration
• Advanced Knowledge of SCOM, SCCM, WSUS, Symantec CCM SEP, NetBackup, Splunk and Snare
• Knowledge of Hardware Architecture (HP/DELL/Cisco UCS systems along with Lights Out cards such as ILOs and IDRACs)
• Experience with Storage Technology (SAN, NAS, DAS) and associated components such as HBAs, Windows Native MPIO
• Working experience with Veritas Volume Manager and associated technologies
• Knowledge of resiliency technologies (SRDF, Doubletake-like solutions)
• Working Experience on VMWare technology and ESX server
• Experience with troubleshooting network routing issues
• Preferred experience with SFTP application configuration
• Programming knowledge in Perl, Python, or PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices
• Experience with ITIL processes - Incident Management and Change Management required
