We’re actively looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst with our Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) organization.
The Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) Strategy and Operations team plays a foundational and integral role in the success of the GTI organization. Behind the scenes of every big meeting, key deliverable, deadline and milestone accomplished is the work of an operationally strong team that works to tie together the strategic and operational priorities of the organization.
The GTI Strategy and Operations team:

  • Drives strategic initiatives across GTI, while managing governance, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Promotes customer centricity, focused on consistency in reporting, people programs and initiatives, continuous engagement, inclusion and community
  • Collaborates with business partners to ensure alignment with Global Technology Services (GTS) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL), while remaining a unique, agile, and transparent organization

The Strategy and Operations Analyst will leverage their administrative, organizational and operational knowledge and experience to help deliver excellent service to our Global Chief Technology Officer (GCTO), the GTI Chief of Staff and GTI Executive Leadership Team.
Work you’ll do:

As part of GTI, this professional will hold broad responsibilities will be to work with customers to deliver technical assessments against a broad range of services, illustrative duties will include:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the GCTO, GTI Chief of Staff and GTI Executive Leadership Team
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion in communications and interactions; must possess strong professional and ethical standards
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple relationships, both internally across the firm and externally with clients
  • Lead the management of the GCTO’s Outlook Calendar; ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Possess excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to learn, understand and adapt to changing business needs
  • Arrange international and domestic travel under guidance from the GCTO in accordance with firm policy
  • Assist with coordination of meetings, conferences and executive briefings; prepare minutes as needed to support meeting outcomes and next steps
  • Arrange essential materials as needed to help expedite response and/or actions needed to achieve goals
  • Prepare professional business communication documents including memos, letters, invoices and emails with some direction from the GCTO, GTI Chief of Staff and/or GTI Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate and organize logistics for internal programs and meetings, as well as external functions including meetings, conferences, receptions and dinner arrangements with minimal direction
  • Develop and maintain an effective and efficient system for managing the needs and requirements of the GCTO and GTI Executive Leadership Team
  • Allocate 15-20% of time providing operational support to the GTI Culture and Community Manager, assisting with idea generation, coordination of program delivery and post program follow up
  • Support other operational activities and initiatives as assigned

This Deloitte Global role requires limited to no travel.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Required:

Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant operations and/or executive administrative experience required; experience working with senior executive leaders and strong business operations or project management experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior, executive management
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience managing multiple and competing priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft tools - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability for influencing and delivering internal projects
  • Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove barriers
  • Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships in all interactions (internal and external)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s preferred or experience in lieu of.
