As Sr. Product Manager, Client Reporting, your focus will be leading initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to define and develop client-facing reporting across all products at Rally. You will be responsible to develop, manage and collaborate with customer, product, clinical and operational teams to ensure reporting requirements and parameters are aligned to deliver consistent customer and business expectations. Rally Health is a digital healthcare and wellness company working within the largest healthcare networks in the United States. The successful candidate will be adept at software product management and familiar with methods of leveraging big data to create compelling user experiences, measuring impact, and driving product development. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, product planning & prioritization, writing requirements & detailed user stories, supporting product configurations, training and communicating product features and values both internally and externally. You will contribute to a strong Product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product, Data and key functional leaders to align strategic direction and organizational priorities to develop and maintain a data management and reporting strategy for Rally Health Products.
• Partner with high priority customers and consultants to maximize the value of reporting, products and processes.
• Write product requirements and detailed user stories.
• Develop reporting, data analysis and wireframe documents to support business, customer and reporting development efforts.
• Work with external customers and their clients to manage our reporting development, ensuring that we are providing the germane data and developing a market-leading insights platform.
• Ensure all critical reports are accurate, regularly scheduled, and shared with the right individuals according to an agreed on reporting calendar
• Develop and manage an intake for new reporting requests to ensure requirements are documented accurately and cross-functionally aligned
• Develop future state business reporting needed to manage the business effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with 6+ years of experience including operational and customer reporting responsibilities, supporting web, portal, mobile.
• Experience in reporting, analytics and product planning.
• Experience in developing strategic relationships with matrix partners with proven success of influencing and partnering to drive enterprise outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Business Intelligence tools, and consumer facing, B2B products.
• Familiarity with digital health or health insurance business and with big data methodologies and applications highly preferred.
• Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.
• Experience using Tableau, Microstrategy, Alteryx, SQL Server or equivalent reporting, analytics and database tools .
• Highly proficient with MS Suite, with advanced PowerPoint experience.
• JIRA experience a plus.
• Adaptable, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and deliver on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Personable and willing to present Product concepts and positions in front of a broad range of audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – must be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners.
