Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard, activate and develop Dell Technologies Acces program adoption
  • Drive all pilots for VMware GTM expansion – operations and partner alignment
  • Partner with Dell EMC Partner Account Manager (PAM) and VMware PAM, be the Go To person
  • Drive and manage pipeline, secure/participate to closing Q/H/Y
  • Actively participate to Channel SMT meetings as part of the Channel team and actively participate to EMEA VMware channel team meetings

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT market with strong IT knowledge
  • VMware partners ecosystem knowledge
  • Solid customer-facing and professional presence
  • Strong drive and influencing skills
  • Agility in working in a multi-layer environment with extended number of stakeholders and comfortable in interacting and engaging with both internal and external team, Executives and Sales team member

Desirable Requirements

  • Multi-tasking skills – Able to drive quarter cadence closing & partner channel development in parallel
  • Fluent in English, strong sales experience, adaptability, autonomy, organized, creative
