From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Sales Compensation Systems&Solutions Support team in Bratislava.
• Talent development, recruitment, performance management, operational direction making.
• Coordinate timely and accurate central load agenda - manual compensation loads into the system of record (COINS - Dell Oracle Incentive Platform).
• Drive customer satisfaction and relevant KPIs in L2 incident resolution in the assigned Sales Compensation area - EMEA & LatAm compensation, Central Loads,
• Partner with sales compensation stakeholders across the globe to drive engagement in Central Loads and L2 Compensation Systems support
• Ensure transparent and accurate communication - Incidents, Central loads.
• Own and drive continual improvement projects, Maintain and develop relevant team KPIs.

Essential Requirements

• Previous people management experience
• MS Excel Power user, MS Office suite
• 8+ year of relevant industry experience
• University Education

Desirable Requirements

• Sales Compensation Experience
• Knowledge of Oracle OIC
• Understanding of general database structures - tables and data relationship.
• Service management certification

Salary starting from 2 500 EUR gross per month
