About the Recruiting Team
e believe the most important responsibility of a manager at Stitch Fix is to build a great team. Our Recruiting team (organized into Technical, Corporate/G&A, High-Volume (Styling, Client Experience and Warehouse), and Recruiting Operations) provides expertise, strategy, coaching, and support for each manager to achieve that vision.
About the Role

As a Recruiter for our Styling team you will own all aspects of recruiting for the Styling organization. This role will encompass end recruiting, project management and recruiting process improvement for the organization.
In this role, you will support hiring managers and their teams through helping them to build out their recruiting capabilities. You will teach leaders how to use recruiting tools and train new leaders on interviewing techniques and recruiting best practices. You will partner with hiring managers on creating recruiting strategies for their roles, help them find creative ways to source great talent, and guide them in building out robust, customized interviewing processes. You will act as a cross functional project lead on spearheading new programs and processes within the Styling organization that allow us to streamline our recruiting practices. And in doing all this, you’ll help us attract the most exceptionally bright, kind and goal-oriented talent to Stitch Fix!
You're excited about the opportunity because you will:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their team’s talent needs, define sourcing and assessment strategies and drive results throughout the entire recruiting process through both coaching them as well as providing expert, direct support
- Be the primary project manager for programs and processes within the Styling organization
- Lead cross-functional task forces that address recruiting challenges across the network and architect solutions
- Partner with the Styling Leadership Team to effectively and dynamically scale the workforce in each region based on Stitch Fix’s needs
- Use data-driven metrics to build creative and location specific sourcing strategies so we always have a robust pipeline of bright, kind and goal oriented candidates
- Identify, build and arm business partners with the tools and training to consistently and successfully identify and attract top talent for their teams
- Drive full life cycle recruiting for leadership roles including helping hiring managers define and execute sourcing plans, recruit directly for open positions, extend offers, and close candidates
- Share your deep Recruiting experience with our small but mighty team, serving as a thought partner and a mentor to junior team members
