ABOUT THE ROLE
Stitch Fix is looking for an experienced and motivated socially-native leader to run our owned social media channels and our local influencer programmes in the UK. In this newly created role, you will develop social media programming that fosters a deep sense of community and grows both brand awareness and engagement. Based in London, you will liaise with other departments across the business (Marketing, Product, PR, Merchandise, Styling, Creative) and report to the UK Director of Marketing & Product.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute organic social media strategy for Stitch Fix UK across multiple platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Refine tiered influencer strategy and work with the PR team to activate and manage influencer relationships
- Develop, manage and scale new Stitch Fix Stylist ambassador programme
- Plan and create locally-native content, working with photographer to produce images and leveraging your own writing abilities to craft engaging and locally relevant copy
- Direct the creative and editorial operations of UK social media content. Manage budget, cross-functional coordination, tools and processes to drive efficiency and alignment
- Liaise with global Creative team to ensure UK platforms are populated with fresh, engaging, and locally relevant content that aligns with global Stitch Fix brand, voice, and content tentpoles
- Develop and manage ongoing reporting process to give visibility into content plans and performance of social and influencer programmes, to stakeholders in the UK and the US
- Be an evangelist and thought leader for social media. Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and best practices. Constantly monitor trends, test new channels and ideas, and help all key stakeholders understand what is working and why
- Collaborate with owners of other channels (paid, email, site, etc) to ensure alignment and consistency across the customer journey

- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- You have 5+ years full-time experience in social and influencer marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success developing marketing strategies and delivering on performance targets. Experience in fashion or e-commerce essential
- You are passionate about social media. You admire influencers and marketers who drive impact through innovation and best practices. You read social media marketing blogs in your spare time and daydream about hashtags, formats, and campaign ideas. You bring expert understanding of different platforms, especially Instagram
- You possess deep knowledge of the UK consumer mindset and landscape, and are excited about creating outstanding customer experiences
- You are adept at crafting creative, clear, and engaging copy. You have an instinct for what works on different channels, and can clearly articulate why
- You are analytical and decisive. You are comfortable manipulating numbers and analysing data to draw out insights and actionable recommendations
- You are a creative soul. You have an eye for design and visual composition, and impeccable attention to detail when it comes to customer-facing work
- You are highly organised and autonomous, with the leadership to drive projects from start to finish, managing multiple stakeholders and creating a positive working environment
- You think strategically. You frame social media marketing strategy in the context of business goals and consumer needs. You consider business objectives, customer needs, ROI, and competitive differentiation
- You are interpersonally dynamic. You build strong relationships, internally and externally
