Are you a seasoned Corporate Travel Consultant with Amadeus knowledge and full service Meetings & Events project experience in the travel industry? And do you just love to provide excellent customer service? To strengthen our M&E department, we are now seeking an experienced Groups Travel Consultant for our team in Aarhus or Copenhagen.

What you’ll do

• Advise business customers in connection with group travel, meetings and events
• Develop creative presentations and offers based on customer needs
• Helping the customers in relation to savings when looking at planning and conducting of activity (inspection trips with customers may occur)
• Collaboration with suppliers and local partners
• Manage offers, budget, payments and billing
• Create customer value every time for our customers based on their wishes

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a customer service/sales background from Meetings & Events and/or Travel Management who enjoys consulting with clients and partners on all levels, while creating and capturing win-win solutions:

• You have significant experience in project management in the Meeting & Events sector, preferably having worked on Group arrangements end to end
• You are used to booking travel arrangements and enjoy customer contact via phone and email
• Your tech skills and IT general interest are also important factors of how well you perform
• Fluency in Danish and English is required
• Good knowledge and experience of booking in Amadeus booking system is preferred
