Mission: To give WeWork the tools and insights necessary to deliver the best physical space to our members, on time, and within budget.
What this means to us is that we are building software to support WeWork's proprietary process for finding, designing, and building physical spaces. In a way, we humanize data, technology, and buildings. We strive to make better sourcing decisions, improve designs, build faster, hustle smarter, and ultimately help people make a life, not just a living.
Our state of the art tech stack and dedication to technological innovation were, and are, vital for WeWork to scale from operating one workspace location to more than 500 locations globally across all continents in little over ten years.
Real Estate & Development Technology (REDTech) strives to provide teams across real estate, architecture, design, construction, and project management with technology that addresses domain-specific needs and disrupts the industry as a whole. Our technology provides keen insight into sourcing and closing real estate deals, designing and building physical spaces, and managing the construction process end to end effectively and efficiently. We're supporting WeWork's core business line in REDTech and have the desire to make a life, not just a living, for ourselves and the rest of the world. If you share in our cultural goals of transparency (goals, accountability), growth (leadership, personal development), diversity (inclusion, careful hiring), teamwork (cohesion, fun, get stuff done!) we would love to have you on the team!
Are you someone with a strong creative streak? Do you enjoy a fast-paced, exciting environment? Are you looking to contribute to making a real impact across many different communities and cultures around the world with the work that you're doing? If so, then we may have the opportunity for you.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
About WeWork
In 2010, our co-founders Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey decided to create something new: a space where people could come to work, and be part of something greater than themselves, a community that brought meaning to their lives. The overwhelming response to that space reiterated our belief that people were ready for a new approach to work and the workplace. This has been borne out over the years, with companies of all shapes and sizes becoming a part of the WeWork community. From a single location in New York, we have expanded to hundreds of locations around the world.
