Seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine physician or Advanced Registered nurse practitioner to join a cohesive, friendly team of providers at Providence Medical Group’s beautiful clinic in Lacey, Washington. The facility boasts a full-service onsite lab, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and access to services such as Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Immediate Care. Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is our growing organization of employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians, with clinics in Thurston and Lewis Counties. Qualifications:

• Washington Medical License PA-C
• BLS or ACLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
• Active DEA License
