Job Description

Zendesk is looking for an experienced landing page specialist responsible for optimising key landing pages through rigorous and iterative testing in order to improve paid acquisition conversion rate. As a member of the Performance Marketing team, you will be supporting a growing team of paid media experts focused on delivering revenue. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, UX, design and testing and will be key in helping the team improve performance and paid media dollars. The ideal candidate will have exposure or understanding of paid media and an understanding of the nuances in between channels like search and display, possess curiosity about what makes users take certain actions, and drive to continually test and iterate.


    • Work collaboratively with channel managers to define the landing pages test plan
    • Coordinate the landing page test implementation between channel managers, creative/ UX and web developers reaching out to different teams based on the progression of the project and goals
    • Set up and implement landing page tests in Optimizely ensuring best practices in test implementation are followed
    • Share readouts with channel managers once significance is realised
    • Work on the next phase of testing plans in order to continuously optimise


    • 4-5 years of experience with a track record of leading strategy and driving execution.
    • This role is hands on, requiring strong communication, organisational and project management skills and comfort working with different cross functional teams
    • Experience executing A/B and MVT tests online, including ideation, execution, and reporting; technical know-how on building and modifying web pages is a huge bonus
    • Experience of testing on high volume entry pages, offer pages and sign-up flows, with a focus on improving conversion at each step to maximise revenue.
    • Proven experience of delivering both improvements in conversion metrics as well as ongoing optimisation.
    • HTML skills are a big plus

    • You possess UX based thinking, with ideas around how to improve a site visitor’s experience on our site.
    • You can work with testing tools like Optimizely to institute and call Landing page tests
    • Strong analytical skills: you must be able to synthesise information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions
