This is a thrilling time for Affirm and we will need a sharp and organized Recruiting Coordinator to tackle the ambitious hiring needs for this office from various angles and allow our recruiting team to soar. The Technical talent team makes sure that the candidate experience is enhanced by a top-notch hiring process. What You'll Do
- Own the Affirm candidate experience for our Technical team in the San Francisco office by facilitating exceptional onsite interviews, setting up conference rooms, welcoming candidates once they arrive, showing them the office, and making sure interviews begin and end on time.
- Own scheduling for phone/video and on-site interviews for the Technical Talent team. This will entail dealing with various time zones, hectic schedules and getting creative with interview spaces when necessary
- Actively source for technical candidates for multiple roles to support our hiring goals
- Partner closely with the Recruiting team in the SF office by being the eyes and ears on the ground
- Use our applicant tracking system and relevant recruiting processes to keep organized and help keep our busy team on track
- Represent Affirm at recruiting events and strategic events in the Pittsburgh area to attract top talent to join the Affirm team
What We Look For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with executive team on recruiting matters clearly and concisely
- You are a whiz with organization and like building efficient processes for other people to use
- Handles spontaneous change and new scenarios!
- Able to take on challenges with grace, thoughtfulness, and authority
- Experience working in high growth and fast-paced environments
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, in particular Lever (not a deal-breaker)
- Experience working with Google Calendar (not a deal-breaker)
- A sense of humor! (deal-breaker ;)
