We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruiting as well as selecting and aligning internal resources to support key business strategies and initiatives. Work you’ll do:


Be a part of a virtual, collaborative recruiting team in a high volume, fast paced environment, with focus on quality delivery, industry best practices, innovation, metrics & reporting, and business partnership across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Develop and foster strong relationships with multiple hiring managers and leaders in various business units, to fully support and provide consultative recruiting solutions for a variety of positions across the globe.
Engage in innovative sourcing and screening strategies leveraging a variety of tools and technologies.
Support project teams in staffing key internal projects and programs; tracking and reporting out on progress against hiring targets with leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.
Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in full lifecycle Recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high volume, fast paced, complex, and customer focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience writing compelling job descriptions
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo), sourcing strategies, social media recruiting.
  • Experience crafting internal communications for leaders to socialize opportunities across internal networks
  • Highly organized and flawless attention to detail
  • Comfort and proficiency with regular reporting using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience reporting results with confidence and clarity to senior leaders in a large, matrixed corporation
  • Knowledge of current recruiting best practices

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in a multi-site or a global scale and scope while tracking to delivery metrics.
  • Prior experience in a multi-national or global organization, ideally a large professional services organization.
  • Experience working remotely and successfully from team and hiring managers.
