You’ll spend time on the following:

• You will work closely with other engineers within your group and across the product and engineering organization to identify problems and build effective technical solutions
• Mentor junior team members and encourage your peers to do the best possible work
• You work closely with Product Management eam and enable them by providing scalable and high quality technology solutions at a rapid pace
• You set up best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time Architect & design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions
• Create a clear career path for your team members and help them grow
• Operate at scale and speed, focus on Keeping the lights on

We’re excited about you if you have:

• You are a strong leader and you can attract talent in Bangalore
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 10+ years experience in software development, engineering leadership
• At least 3+ years of engineering leadership including people management
• Strong bias for action
• Solid project management skill and experience in handling distributed development ecosystem
• Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up
• Knowledge in container technologies like Kubernetes or Docker desired
• Knowledge in service-oriented architectures/microservices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively through an agile development process that promotes constant team communication
