As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and process coordination with our hiring managers. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate who wants to be part of a growing recruiting team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop his or her skills in recruiting, can multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a start-up environment. Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for the recruiting team and inform both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Perform a variety of administrative recruiting tasks, including:
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
- Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
- Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
- Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Assist with sourcing and review of candidates in recruiting systems and job boards
- Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
- Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
Requirements:
- 2 + years of work experience required
- Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Flexible to support changing business needs
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Jobvite
- Desire to develop recruiting skills
