Pinterest brings our users the inspiration to create a life they love. We're searching for a Product Manager to join our Growth Product team focused on activating and retaining our new and low comprehension users. You'll answer questions like: How do we help users understand why and how to use Pinterest? How do we provide them a lasting first impression of our product? How do we personalize onboarding for our increasingly diverse and global audience? As Product Manager of the onboarding team you’ll use a combination of analytics and growth expertise to drive initiatives to better engage hundreds of millions of Pinners around the world.

What you'll do :

• Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution for user onboarding and retention efforts
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design, product analytics, marketing and research teams on opportunities to accelerate our growth
• Use qualitative research and data analysis to communicate product vision to senior management and various stakeholders
• Drive day to day understanding of onboarding and return experiences performance including deep analysis for quality and growth improvements

What we're looking for :

• Over 4 years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies with at least a year of consumer growth experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong analytical abilities with experience creating SQL queries from scratch
• Deep understanding of how consumer products grow
• Great business judgement, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment without forgetting important details
• Excellent communication skills with experience giving strategic presentations
