IBM is looking for brilliant and smart graduates to join a group of local Data Scientists to tackle to most pressing business and technical challenges.
What the role involves?
Data Scientist will work on a variety of research and development projects leveraging multiple analytical and AI techniques (data mining, text mining, and deep learning, neural networks, etc.).
Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include collaborating also with a global Data Science team to develop and implement methodologies; collaborating with solution leaders and engineers to ensure understanding of analytical requirements; ensuring that all algorithms scale and if needed can be executed in real time; engaging with customers to understand their business problems.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
We are looking for candidates with the following preferred skills and experiences:
1. A Bachelor/Master degree in scientific disciplines (ie. Mathematics, Physics, IT, Engineering)
2. Coding Skills (experience in Python will be considered a plus).
3. Knowledge of the main Machine learning and Deep Learning RunTimes (ie. Spark, TensorFlow, etc.)
4. Passion and university experience for Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms applied to real problems
5. Fluent English
