At OpenTable, we help people experience the world through dining. We’re seeking a detail-oriented campaign specialist to implement our B2B (restaurant-facing) email marketing programs across our EMEA and LATAM regions.

This role offers the opportunity to help execute a world class marketing strategy for the world’s leading restaurant reservations provider, grow your skill set across acquisition and engagement marketing within a collaborative team in our London office.

OpenTable connects more than 28 million diners a month with more than 51,000 restaurants across the globe, and has bookable restaurants in more than 20 countries, including Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.

What we’re looking for:

· An experienced campaign manager. You’ll be the driver of local campaign strategy and implementation in EMEA & LATAM markets (UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands, Mexico), as well as the localisation of global campaigns in these markets. You take pride in driving results and responsibility for analysing, testing, reiterating, and improving your campaigns based on those results. You’ll work with fellow marketers around the world to build holistic nurture, onboarding and engagement campaigns for restaurants. You’ll collaborate with teams cross-functionally to develop and optimise campaign copy & design, targeting and delivery cadence to ensure we maximise reach and engagement. Collaborate with head office in San Francisco to build relationships and share learnings. Some of those channels include: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, PPC, Google Analytics, webinars, email and website.

· An international maven. You know how to connect with an audience in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and your English is top notch. You also understand how to cater to different markets for audiences in places like Germany, Spain, The Netherlands, and Mexico.

· A systems black belt. You love asking the question “why?” because you know that having a strong understanding of the inner workings of the email platform and marketing systems you use equips you with knowledge to make smart decisions.

· A process junkie. You’ll take over and refine our email campaign management process - flow, segmentation, list management, set-up, execution, and optimisation, with support from the Marketing Coordinator.

· A zero-defect operator. Managing campaigns from A to Z requires obsessive attention to detail and commitment to precision. None of that scares you because it’s in your DNA.

· A true data lover. You thoroughly enjoy digging into the data, identifying trends and patterns, and gathering insights that will help improve overall campaign effectiveness.

· A serious multi-tasker. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end. Working with different stakeholders and juggling deadlines is all part of the balancing act you’ve come to master.

· An innovator. You’ll partner with other Marketing colleagues to explore and develop new channels and tools to maximise email and general marketing impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

· BA/BS degree required

· 4-5 years of email and engagement marketing experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent English language skills; German, Spanish or Dutch language skills a plus

· A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers and our business

· Collaborative individual who enjoys participating in cross-functional teams

· Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly

· Superior project management skills; results focus with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented

· Highly-organised with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes

· Strong analytical skills and focus on ROI measurement

· Strongly preferred: Familiarity with SQL and email service provider technology

· Interest in dining and food will help. A sense of humour to complement our team of fabulous and social marketeers never hurts.
