Experiences Operations Associate, Latin America

Job Description

Airbnb Experiences is a fast-paced and growing business unit focused on providing safe and quality experiences for travelers around the world. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years work experience with strong communication and analytical skills. Candidate must have previous experience in account management, sales development, or customer support. As a member of the Airbnb Experiences Scaled Operations team, you will be managing marketplace quality, long term host success, and regional territory success. • Manage a portfolio of 500+ Airbnb Experience Host accounts primarily through email and phone communication
• Leverage marketplace data to drive host success within your portfolio
• Assist in developing account management workflows and policies
• Pilot new scaled ops programs to support our growing and active community

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher
• 4+ years of work experience (account management, customer success, or inside sales preferred)
• Experience with tech platforms including Salesforce, Google Sheets, etc.
• Natural self-starter with the ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced environment
• High level of comfort with ambiguity
• Strong written and oral communications skills, with experience managing communications to a broad, global array of internal and external stakeholders
• Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish language

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL proficiency
• Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and French
