The job position is based in our Milan office (close to Stazione Centrale).

The Role:

Motors vertical is a key pillar of for eCG in Italy. As the Business Strategy & Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to craft both strategy and execution of our efforts in the Motors team. You will report to the General Manager of eCG Italy and work closely with other senior partners at the company, especially the Head of Sales, the Head of Product and the Head of Marketing.

Your job has a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from strategy to relationships with large partners and customers.

You will:

• Represent eCG Italy in front of other companies (including car manufacturers, startups, large tech companies and very large car dealers) and lead conversations around potential collaborations
• Identify potential partners, new sales channels, market segments, etc... and assess strategic fit and feasibility
• Project-manage cross-functional efforts, working closely with several teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, but also Finance and Tech)

You will have:

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, both colleagues and external (clients/partners)
• 4+ years of experience with a focus on strategy, in a dynamic environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or sales strategy in a multinational company)
• A Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Management, Business administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
• Analytical skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Project management experience
• Experience in or real passion for digital technology and automotive
• Fluency in Italian and English

Additional (preferred) qualifications desired:

• Experience in Key Account Management
• Experience working on Sales Strategy projects
• Experience designing training programs for Sales Teams
• MBA or equivalent
