What You'll Do
MCO (Multi Country Operation) Partner Engineering Team is recruiting Partner System Engineer to drive enablement for our key Partners Ecosystem. The key focus will be on driving our emerging areas such as Data Center, Security, Networking and Collaboration.
The MCO Partner Systems Engineer (PSE) will support all technical aspects of the partner enablement around the products and solutions in Cisco's business
You will analyze the portfolio in close collaboration with MCO Architecture team, propose programs and activities to drive awareness with our partners. The Partner PSE will build and maintain a deep, sound knowledge of all applicable Cisco technologies in order to support colleagues across Chile and help in the enablement of strategic partners. You will assist in the development of our partners' knowledge of Cisco solutions to maximize our leverage of their capabilities in the market.
• Manage and help develop partner technical enablement plans as part of overall plans for Architecture practice.
• Enabler for Technical training - providing, organizing, promoting, conduct New Technology or Product Enablement/Training
• Become a trusted Partner Technical Advisor on different Architectures and emerging technologies by providing technology thought leadership to our partners
• Build a community of country partner SE's inclusive of our channel partners
• Drive the usage of dCloud
• Technology advisor for top partners, meet with them to help shape and adopt Cisco technology internally
• Technical professional with a focused on Cisco Solutions
• solutions, services, technologies with the aim of creating related programs with partners liked to key initiatives.
Key role and responsibility are to support Theater Partner SE's/ SEM's with enablement and growth through execution of technical training, management of new technical solutions and support of post-sale services model development.
Core PSE's are to provide support to region PSE to drive new Initiatives aligned to the relevant Architectures. You will also be working with your greater team in MCO which are the Virtual Partner SE's. VPSE is responsible for providing supporting Programs and Platforms across the whole of MCO.

Who You Are
• As a successful Systems Engineer, you will have access to the entire palette of Cisco technologies and applications in a variety of vertical markets.
• In addition to technological aptitude, and the ability to learn promptly as well as stay technically relevant, you should possess strong interpersonal, presentation and troubleshooting skills.
• You are expected to be comfortable evangelizing the value of Cisco with passion and confidence.
You have a start-up mentality to deliver solutions that drive business success for Cisco. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to ensure the level of communication is appropriately focused on the particular audience they are communicating.
• We are ideally looking for an individual with 3-5 years of technical experience preferably with Enterprise Networking and Data Centre. Ideally with Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis.
• Experience in Partner engagement is ideal
• You should have good communication skill at both operations and executive level. Ability to influence without owning processes or organizations directly.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent
