What you’ll be doing...
The Senior Sales Process and Systems Program Manager is hands-on, an individual contributor that is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales processes, tools and systems, aligned to global Sales priorities. This role also supports Sales and Services execution and will work closely with WW Sales and Services leadership. This includes understanding and defining business requirements, process and change management, and analytics to drive greater productivity, global consistency, scalability, and customer value.
Some of the things you’ll be doing include ...
- Liaise with Services and Sales to drive Services sales, identify gaps and areas of improvement, propose solutions, and support implementation and change management to improve Services inclusion.
- Define, streamline and automate global processes, aligned to sales strategy, leveraging best practices from industry and Tableau.
- Define and prioritize business requirements to enhance Sales systems, tools and resources in support of the related processes.
- Collaborate with Technical Operations to prioritize key system requirements and deliver enhancements on time.
- Develop and manage project and program plans, deliverables, and schedules to roll out and deliver systems and processes globally.
- Collaborate with Sales Readiness to train, coach and enable users to effectively utilize new processes and systems.
- Identify and monitor progress and success metrics of process and system implementation, using Tableau, to fulfill the established objectives.
- Work with Theater Ops, channel and field reps to define and implement approaches to sustain processes and programs to ensure adoption and reinforcement of Sales processes and systems.
- Manage software implementation, where applicable, including communication, logistics, and scheduling.
- Manage vendor delivery, where applicable, including communication, logistics, and scheduling.
- Shadow calls and attend sales calls to ensure quality of sales team execution first hand and recommend enhancements and training opportunities to sales leadership.
Who you are...
- Experienced . You have 8+ years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Services within a large, global technology company. Experience and strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, strong analytic skills in Excel and ideally Tableau Software needed.
- Educated. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
- Problem Solver . Proven ability to solve complex business challenges, anticipate problems, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Effective Communicator . Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to communicate and tailor message to appropriate audience.
