Overview:

Are you passionate about wellness and creating amazing programs that engage both hearts and minds? Do you enjoy meticulous planning and coordination that result in employees feeling energized and better connected to their own health and wellness goals?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is detail-oriented to bring our health and wellness programs to life. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with proven program management, analytical, and communication skills.

This job is unique because you will have a chance to work on and drive a variety of types of programs that span the wellness and benefits.

Responsibilities:

As our Wellness Program Manager, you will manage multiple health, wellness and benefit programs, with the intent of improving utilization, engagement and performance. This will include vendor and project management, communication, and measurement.

• Day-to-day management of wellness and benefit programs. Here is a sample of our current programs: step challenges, wellness ambassadors, wellness stipend/reimbursement, financial wellness, new parent programs, perks, time away, employee assistance and onsite health fairs.
• Maintain overall annual timelines, deliverables and tracking for global health and wellness initiatives.
• Schedule and track the budget for all global health and wellness programs, including large employee events.
• Market and communicate benefit and wellness plans to drive engagement and adoption.
• Work with Total Rewards and People team members, vendor partners and others to schedule and coordinate programs.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience managing benefit/wellness programs and complex projects, or equivalent experience inside Fitbit
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to execute a program plan from inception to ongoing maintenance to closure/offramp, including associated communications and marketing
• Strong G suite and data skills required, Workday Benefits experience a plus
• Collaborative work style and customer (employee) service mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of leaders, employees and vendor partners.
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize key objectives while balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast­ paced matrixed environment
• Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information
• Prior experience in managing multiple vendor partners and independent consultants
• Ability to develop creative programs and solutions in support of living our mission
• Good sense of humor a must!
