Marketing Analytics at Credit Karma is a high performing team that is pivotal to the strategy, execution, and measurement of our marketing programs. We’re looking for a highly quantitative Senior Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and reactivation. This role will work on driving revenue in our highly dynamic and robust Credit Card vertical, guiding decision making in revenue marketing, card optimization, and forward-looking analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct analysis to support Credit Card marketing initiatives
- Design and implement tests (A/B and multivariate) to optimize drivers of user acquisition, engagement and reactivation
- Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new initiatives
- Partner with marketing, engineering and business intelligence to ensure proper instrumentation of tracking
- Support the core cards team in ad-hoc analyses
- Serve as an internal consultant for the cards team for all things data and analytics

What we expect:
- 4+ years of analytics experience in a fast paced environment
- BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats, or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of marketing effectiveness
- Strong SQL and Excel skills. Python/R is a plus
- Ability to work with very large data, partner with data scientists and data engineers on tracking gaps, and drive analysis on a day-day basis
- Ability to easily communicate with other analysts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience presenting and communicating to high-level key business line stakeholders
- Experience in using highly quantitative methods to drive revenue in business lines
