Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Apttus CPQ

Job Description

Box is looking for a Senior Salesforce Apttus CPQ Business System Analyst to join Enterprise Systems team. This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; working with the Business Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirement using Salesforce & Apttus CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team of Senior Business Analysts, Business Process Owners and End Users to define and gather business requirements and systems enhancements
• Collaborate with business partners to assess legacy processes, data and system capabilities to help drive alignment
• Ability to translate business requirements to define functional solutions and work closely with technical and Quality Assurance teams
• Work with the team on several projects specifically on Salesforce.com platform using Sales cloud and Partner Communities.
• Collaborating with relevant business stakeholders to execute the CPQ roadmap and the Quoting processes, including ongoing support for enhancements and business rule updates within the Apttus CPQ tool. This includes, but is not limited to, product configuration, pricing rules/execution, approval workflow design, and document template administration.
• Document business process flows and requirements
• Work and able to deliver in Agile Sprint release cycles in fast paced environments
• Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements

Who you are

• Solid Salesforce Sales Cloud and Apttus CPQ functional and configuration knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Apttus X-Author and working with Excel
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash business process
• Ability to document business processes uses industry standard tools like Visio, LucidChart
• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience working with business processes and documentation
• Strong 2-3 years of Apttus CPQ experience with at least 2-3 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud functional and configuration knowledge
• APTTUS CPQ experience is a MUST
• Knowledge of other business applications like JIRA Zuora is a plus.
