Position summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Specialist, Enterprise Operations, SAP in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do Driving business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Estimating time and resources needed for the development work. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, processing design, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. Creating test cases and performing functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing of software applications. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitoring project progress. Researching user reported issues, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Working across all phases of the Waterfall and Agile SDLCs for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP ERP solutions for enterprise-level clients. Integrating third party systems, including external invoicing and transportation management systems, with client SAP ERP systems using interfaces that leverage SAP ALE/iDOCs, Web Services and EDI technologies. Designing frameworks for online and offline approval processes, including purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and supplier registration based on client requirements using custom SAP application workflows and process controlled workflows using BRF+ in SAP ECC and SAP SRM systems. Designing and building custom browser-based front-end applications using Web DynPro ABAP, BSP and integrating these applications with back-end ERP systems. Building custom programs and reports using SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP on HANA, enhancing standard SAP applications using BADIs and customer-exits across various SAP modules, including Production Planning, Materials Management, Finance & Costing, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources and Environment Health & Safety. Developing conversion programs to transfer vendors, customers, purchase orders, sales orders and invoices from legacy systems to SAP system using flat file and IDOC interfaces. Working across the full implementation and rollout lifecycles of SAP ERP solution. Designing and developing customer-specific output forms for purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and billing documents using SAPScripts and SAP SmartForms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.
• One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
• Must have one year of experience with:
  • Working across all phases of the Waterfall and Agile SDLCs for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP ERP solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Integrating third party systems, including external invoicing and transportation management systems, with client SAP ERP systems using interfaces that leverage SAP ALE/iDOCs, Web Services and EDI technologies;
