Job Description

Zendesk is seeking a Product Manager to lead its payments growth team. In this role, your mission is to drive business growth by optimizing Zendesk shopping cart to maximize trial conversions, expansion, and retention. You will work with a talented team of engineers, designers, and marketers to build a scalable experimentation platform and optimize monetization opportunities in the purchasing funnel through iterative A/B testing and rigorous data analysis.

What do you get to do in this role?

    • Define and evangelize your vision for payments growth across the organization
    • Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s buying and billing needs and advocate relentlessly for the best shopping experience on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
    • Build the product roadmap and work closely with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap by planning and prioritizing objectively
    • Define and drive A/B and multivariate tests to identify key drivers of growth and optimize conversion, expansion, and retention
    • Work closely with engineers and data analysts to scale our experimentation platform and data infrastructure
    • Set your engineering team for success by collaborating closely with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories and guiding them in the estimation
    • Clearly present your findings and recommendations from experiments to executive stakeholders

What do you bring to this role?

    • 3+ years of experience in product management within high-paced, agile SaaS environments
    • Good understanding of SaaS subscription management and e-commerce optimizations
    • Experience designing, implementing and analyzing A/B/n tests
    • You have strong analytical skills. You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, statistical significance and know how to derive insights from large amounts of data.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders
