Manager, Workplace Planning & Operations

Job Description

Quantcast is hiring a Workplace Planning & Operations Manager to join our Global Workplace & Real Estate team in our San Francisco office. As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast runs the world’s largest AI-driven insights and measurement platform directly quantifying over 100 million web destinations. We are using machine learning to drive human learning. Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with significant audience insights, predictive targeting and measurement solutions across the customer journey. As a Manager of Workplace Planning and Operations, you have the opportunity to ensure an extraordinary workplace experience, run vendor selection and relationships, lead all aspects of our HQ workplace operations, and provide support to smaller regional offices across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with a wide variety of local and regional vendors including daily catering, snacks, maintenance, and janitorial
• Lead a facilities team of up to 5 direct reports to ensure that all premises are fully functional, visually impeccable, and consistent with company needs and aesthetics as they evolve
• Organize and monitor facility and building safety preparedness
• Lead the SF Headquarters in employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including leading cross-functional teams
• Organize, oversee, and support internal & external company events including happy hours, volunteer activities, and client summits

Requirements

• 4+ years experience on a Workplace/Facilities/Employee Experience team, preferably in tech
• 1+ years experience managing a team of employees and/or contractors
• Degree from a leading institution
• Ability to handle multiples priorities and deadlines, become a partner to all levels of management, and possess strong written & oral communications skills
• Be a self-starter, optimistic, and present a professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, communicate effectively and work in a dynamic environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Experience in real estate transactions and facility budgeting a plus
