About the Role We’re looking for a driven problem solver who is dedicated to making sure our customers and Customer Support team members are fully supported. We need a self-starter with strong leadership skills who can quickly solve problems. This job will be based in Nashville and report to a Customer Support Manager.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently resolve Customer Support inquiries via multiple communication channels, including inbound phone, email and chat support inquiries
- Meet average handle time, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and additional objectives as provided
- Work with sellers and vendors to ensure all inquiries are resolved in accordance with Houzz policies
- Perform various tasks in support of company initiatives and goals
- Contribute to a positive work environment and embody the Houzz culture
At a Minimum, We'd Like You to Have
- One year of customer service experience in a contact center environment or two years of customer service experience in a retail or servicing environment
- The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Expertise in problem solving
- A detail and task-oriented mindset
- A High School Diploma or GED
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Tech-savviness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset
