This job is under general supervision, supporting Boeing Korea Engineering & Technology Center (BKETC) leader and team in areas of
administrative support and business relevant activities and events, and a liaison amongst staff and other applicable areas . S taff analyst develops plans and objectives and provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Development of solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal personnel and external customers. Represents the organization on specific projects.
- To provide the program analysis support to the BKETC team
- Support the center leader & the BKETC team with daily operations
- Control the calendar and accessibility for the manager and the team
- Content development by interfacing with the training organization subject matter experts, suppliers, collaboration partners and customers.
- Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
- Prepare & distribute reports, forms, presentations and business graphics
- Schedules & coordinates meetings as directed by manager
- Facilitates business travel and related events for manager and the team
- Analyzes and initiates continuous improvements of administrative processes and procedures
- Contribute to the uninterrupted flow of business with customers, internal staff and other Boeing business units
- Act as an interpreter and international travel required for business needs.

Qualifications Required Skills :
- Bachelor degree and typical experience in staff analyst classification: Bachelor's and 3 or more years' experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with customers/partner, internally within the team and with management.
- English proficiency participating in collaborative projects
- Professional skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word applications.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learning to be fluent in the company office practices and technology, applicable policy and procedures and office work flow.
- High standard of honesty and integrity
- Candidate must be eligible working in Korea.
Preferred Skills :
- Skills and experience in project management
- Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives. Experience working International (multi-national team members) projects collaborating in English
