•Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
•Running a full life cycle recruiting desk from start to finish
•Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
•Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
•Matching great people with great companies What You Need for this Position •Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting, staffing or sales
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Time management and prioritization skills
•Creative thinking and problem solving skills
•Interest in learning about technical skills
•Intense motivation and hunger to be successful
•Experience managing B2B relationships (preferred)
