DUTIES: ANALYZE PERFORMANCE OF COMPANY’S CUSTOMER JOURNEY, INSTRUMENTING AND TRACKING METRICS SUCH AS ENGAGEMENT, CONVERSION, EXPANSION AND CHURN, ETC. HELP SCOPE AND DEVELOP A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PLATFORM BY WORKING WITH MARKETING TECHNOLOGY AND MARKETING TEAMS TO BRING MULTIPLE DATA SOURCES TOGETHER WITH A UNIQUE IDENTIFIER. LEVERAGE THAT DATA, ALONG WITH THE FUNNEL METRICS IN THE MARKETING ANALYTICS PIPELINE TO BUILD OUT DASHBOARDS AND VIEWS THAT TRACK THE HEALTH OF THE FULL FUNNEL. APPLY TECHNICAL CREATIVITY, SQL PROGRAMMING, TABLEAU, GOODDATA AND BUSINESS INSTINCTS TO BUILD TOOLS TO AUTOMATE REPORTING AND GENERATE INSIGHTS TO ALLOW CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MARKETING LEADERS TO QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY ASSESS HOW COMPANY INITIATIVES ARE PERFORMING. RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFINING, IMPLEMENTING, AND SCALING OUR ANALYSIS INFRASTRUCTURE, BUILDING TOOLS THAT MEASURE SUCCESS METRICS AND LET OUR MARKETING LEADERS SELF-SERVE THEIR OWN QUESTIONS, AS WELL AS EXPAND ON THE COLLECTION OF METRICS FOR TRACKING. COLLABORATE OFTEN WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMPANY LEVEL KPIS. TRANSLATE DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS INTO DECISIONS AND ACTIONS AND WORK WITH A LARGE AND COMPLEX GROUP OF PARTNERS ACROSS THE BUSINESS TO MEASURE, INTERPRET, AND OPTIMIZE EACH PORTION OF THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY TO MAXIMIZE RETURN ON INVESTMENT AND ENGAGEMENT IN PRODUCT. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MASTERS’ DEGREE IN STATISTICS, ECONOMICS, MATHEMATICS, OR COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS TWO (2) YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN REPORTING AND ANALYTICS, SQL PROGRAMMING, DATA VISUALIZATION TOOLS SUCH AS TABLEAU, AD TECH, EXPERIMENTATION, OR CONSULTING REQUIRED, INCLUDING 1-YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MARKETING. ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN STATISTICS, ECONOMICS, MATHEMATICS, OR COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS FIVE (5) YEARS’ PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE REPORTING AND ANALYTICS, SQL PROGRAMMING, DATA VISUALIZATION TOOLS SUCH AS TABLEAU, AD TECH, EXPERIMENTATION, OR CONSULTING REQUIRED, INCLUDING 1-YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MARKETING. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
