Growth Marketing Manager, Japan

Tokyo

Pinterest is a global company with over half of our users coming from international markets. We’re looking for a professional to manage Pinterest Marketing initiatives in Japan. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing deep insights on performance drivers for Pinterest in Japan, from growth to brand campaigns and executing on them to actively fuel Pinterest’s growth goals.

What you'll do :

• Analyze user growth performance in Japan and leverage data to identify areas of opportunity
• Analyze specific funnel stages from acquisition, to engagement, to retention, to churn win backs and identify areas of opportunity and recommendations
• Be responsible for testing and effective at driving significant local growth in SEO together with HQ based Growth teams
• Develop, execute and monitor successful performance-based acquisition marketing activities in various paid channels
• Develop, negotiate and execute local co-marketing plans with named partners, ensuring all marketing activities are locally relevant and personal

What we’re looking for :

• 5+ years experience in digital/acquisition marketing or growth hacking in technology focusing on user acquisition, performance, SEO, App Store / Play Store optimization, social or email marketing
• Deep understanding of scalable drivers of performance across internal and external levers to drive significant user growth
• Strong project management skills from concept to execution, prioritizing high impact activities and keeping projects moving forward
• Strong business communication skills in cross-function, cross-market environment with fluency in both Japanese and English
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data, understand growth levers, user engagement, trends and manage a big amount of data
