Responsibilities

• Align metrics, plans and budget around strategic sales and marketing initiatives, regionally and with San Francisco HQ
• Measure and baseline against key performance metrics. Provide meaningful and actionable insights to field and partner marketing teams to make data driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Diagnose issues through deep qualitative and quantitative analysis. Use creativity and strategic experimentation to formulate a path forward.
• Develop the EMEA partner and Cisco AVP SKU marketing strategy in alignment with sales KPIs, building strong alignment with the channel, AVP and Cisco sales teams
• Oversee the planning, execution and reporting of all EMEA partner campaigns
• Oversee the MDF programme and operations, to include planning, execution and reporting of the MDF programme
• Manage a execution-focused partner programs manager headcount
• Collaborate with regional marketing to create metrics / KPIs and support the narrative for business reporting
• Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and partner sales leadership. Champion and drive change to support business development and growth.
• Develop strong relationships with HQ and regional marketing, sales and Cisco teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise marketing and partner marketing experience, with a recent emphasis on strategy
• Demonstrated excellence developing insights that led to high-ROI outcomes
• Strong leadership and management experience
• High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Strong analytical skills, including a solid understanding and mastery of Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com report building
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• APM or ITOps-relevant industry/persona experience considered a plus
