Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in advertising sales or a related field.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in marketing, understanding key factors in marketing strategies and the ability to implement them.
  • Ability to develop structured storylines for presentations and starts from insights and uses these to develop materials.
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive, clear, and concise emails and presentations for various audiences with minimal guidance.
  • Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
  • Ability to manage partner and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking and problem solving skills.

Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As a Business Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the relationship with New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales for your customer. You will work with a highly engaged team and bring creativity to grow and transform the business. You will use your consultative skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions.

We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of new customers individually, focused on managing priorities among launching new campaigns, sustaining existing customers, and advocating to customers.
  • Build and optimize campaign strategies using Google Ads product knowledge, third party data, and rigorous analytical methods.
  • Develop insights and narratives using Google Ads, Analytics, and third party data that show the holistic impact of Google Ads.
  • Manage customer relationships at all levels, of all sizes, and of all types.
  • Partner with our New Business Sales (NBS) teams to move the customer from budget commitments to a live Google Ads strategy.
