Flexport's rapid expansion as led to an addition in our People Operations team. Here at Flexport, we believe taking care of our employees means a better working environment and company morale. You will be working with a knowledgable team to continue improving our people operations in Flexport.

You will:

• On-boarding
• Offer/contract preparation
• Ensure the new hires to complete the check-in process smoothly
• Arrange the new hires to attend Flexport Academy
• Collaborate with Recruitment, IT and Workplace teams for new employee’s on-boarding preparation
• Organize and provide an info-section to new hires about benefit introduction, MPF enrolment, and Workday training
• Off-boarding
• Support the employee to complete check-out process smoothly
• Ensure the last payment is calculated accurately and paid on time
• Visa
• Work will external vendors for employee’s work permit application, extension and cancellation
• Maintain a visa data pool to track employee’s visa expiration date
• Employee Data & File Maintenance
• Ensure the data accuracy in Workday
• Set up and maintain employee’s file – both soft copy and hard copy
• Issue HR documents as requested, such as employment certificate, promotion letter, transfer letter, etc.
• People Operations Daily Service
• Handle and response JIRA tickets within the requested time frame
• Provide solutions and answers to employee’s questions, such as policy, benefit, visa, etc.
• Maintain office library – book ordering, book list update, etc.

You should have:

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline
• Prior experience in HR/ administration//customer service will be an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
• Good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and handle multi tasks
