As a Senior Product Designer at Fitbit, you will play a critical role in crafting the future of on-device experiences that delight our users and map to the Fitbit brand system. Along the way, you will help redefine how we attract, retain and engage our users throughout their journey with Fitbit. We are looking for a talented storyteller and critical thinker who has a strong human-centered design process and the desire to learn and collaborate both within design and cross-functionally throughout Fitbit.

- Minimum 5 years professional design experience shipping iOS and/or Android products

- Experience working with wearable platforms, design systems, and sensor technologies

- Proven ability to solve problems and design elegant solutions at a systems level

- Experience in user-centered design methods, exploration, storytelling, and detailed interaction design

- Empathetic and inquisitive nature

- A burning desire to solve problems ranging from big picture strategy to the fine details

- A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate and learn

- Digital prototyping skills

- Experience user testing and working iteratively with key stakeholders

- A great eye and passion for design

- Passion for Fitbit’s mission to make the world a healthier place
