About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Senior Manager, you’ll drive projects to help Uber Eats leverage its data to make better, faster business decisions. You will be a thought partner to the US & Canada Restaurant Operations & leadership teams, and will develop data-driven insights, formulate strategy, and facilitate execution to support high-impact initiatives. You will also work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Science to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives and drive Eats’ growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive projects and analysis on important strategic decisions and inform key business initiatives by understanding the key levers to improving restaurant selection, reliability, and performance
• Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in data-driven decision making
• Partner with Product and Engineering to create and roll out new products dealing with restaurants
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards to track business performance
• Build & present models, reporting, and insights to senior management to drive business decisions
• Identify operational weaknesses in the restaurant experience and help develop automated, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with other operations teams -- Product, CRM, Data Science, SalesOps, and more to ensure insights inform broader strategic initiatives
• Test & roll out initiatives and product features to better support restaurants and improve their experience delivering with Uber Eats

What You’ll Need

• 4-7 years experience in management consulting, banking, product, technology, product analytics, BizOps, economic consulting, or similar role
• Bachelors in quantitative discipline - Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc
• MBA or analytical graduate degree is a plus
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• SQL proficiency is a big plus
• Strong Excel / data management skills
• Proficiency with Python, R, or Tableau is a plus
• A “driver” personality - biased toward action, great collaborator and master simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Self-motivated, works independently and possess strong organization and time management skills
