Your job: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about the future of work and who can help test and deliver joyful experiences to our employees which build brand affinity. This person will need to build out a testing and experimental strategy. They will also need to bring incredible writing skills to craft internal and external communications to inform not just Indeed’s employees of their work, but to develop a reputation as a thought leader in this space for the broader HR community.
This role reports into the Recruiter Experience organization, and will work closely with the HR organization, Employee Experience teams, PR and other marketing teams.
Responsibilities: As a Marketing Manager for the Employer Brand Lab, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to position, promote, and support employer brand and employee engagement activities. In this role, a self-motivated, collaborative marketer will help drive and support the implementation of marketing plans to launch new employee engagement initiatives, measure & improve experiences, and build creative storytelling around their activities.

You may be asked to do things like: - Uncover insights that define, and develop marketing messaging that promotes Indeed’s employee engagement activities both directly to employees or to talent professionals who visit Indeed’s thought leadership hubs
- Build internal communication strategies to grow internal awareness of Indeed’s employee engagement activities
- Write thought leadership articles about the future of work, employer branding or your employee engagement testing activities
- Perform market research to turn cutting-edge ideas into tangible strategy
- Develop a cross-functional strategy and plan for improving employee happiness and engagement
- Execute and measure tests and implementation of new employee engagement activities in partnership with HRTrack and measure the return on investment of our marketing programs
- Speak on behalf of Indeed at external events
- Assist with project management and ensure program initiatives are on track and on time
- Work with data to uncover new opportunities for messaging and growth

About you: Who You Are: - 7+ years of work experience
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, organized, and a creative and strategic thinker
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing complex projects and testing marketing programs
- Someone with enthusiasm for workplace culture, the future of work, helping job seekers find their best place to work, and highlighting the best workplaces in the world
- A creative thinker who loves developing experiences, and marketing concepts that break the mold
- Well versed in best practices for digital marketing including content creation & social media to oversee work created in those areas
- Strong track record of external speaking engagements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
