Through Pinterest, people can discover and organize what inspires them to implement into their daily lives. The online platform serves as a visual search engine for food, home decor, DIY, fashion, beauty, travel and much more. As a Marketing Manager in our Berlin office, you'll be responsible for our Growth, Content and Product Marketing activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll also work on B2B campaigns, as well as Performance Marketing along with the team headquartered in San Francisco. **This is a fixed term position covering for someone on leave.

What you'll do :

• Analyze user growth performance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and leverage data to identify areas of opportunity
• Analyze funnel stages from acquisition to engagement, retention and resurrection, identify areas of opportunity, develop recommendations
• Be responsible for crafting and roll-out of all DACH Marketing activities, both following global playbooks and coming up with local solutions
• Manage and execute on Pinterest’s Content Marketing strategy in owned channels
• Develop and localize 360 Marketing campaigns in collaboration with your cross-functional teams
  Develop, execute and monitor performance-based acquisition and retention campaigns in collaboration with HQ
  Be the DACH voice within the broader x-functional org on learnings around local Product fit

What we look for :

• 5-8 years experience in Digital, Online or Social Media Marketing and Campaigning
• Excellent analytical and metrics skills to gather and interpret data
• A high affinity to lifestyle topics, savviness on up-to-date trends
• Strong project management skills from concept to execution, prioritizing high impact activities and keeping projects moving forward
• Highly motivated and self-driven personality with a willingness to “figure it out” and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
