The Recruiting organisation at eBay is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on finding the best talent in the world to help drive the business performance, while delivering a best in class candidate experience.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner closely with some highly strategic areas of the eBay business, which include Core Product and Technology, Global Growth, Functions and Payments.
Joining an experienced and dedicated team, the role will have responsibility for hiring all professional roles up to Senior Director. You will be a Strategic Talent Advisor to senior business leaders on the end to end hiring process for some of the most critical positions across EMEA as the business enters a new phase of growth.
You will also contribute to eBay’s brand presence and identify ways of eBay becoming an employer of choice. The Recruiter will also build innovative approaches to recruiting and make recommendations to improve our ability to attract top talent via new technologies, partnerships and events whilst collaborating across HR and with the business.
This is a contract position based in our offices in Richmond.
