Postmates is disrupting local commerce by providing a marketplace where consumers can purchase goods from any local restaurant or store and local couriers deliver the goods to their home in minutes. Postmates has unlocked on-demand local shopping — providing consumers the convenience of super fast delivery for the largest selection of goods (anything in the whole city!); the benefit and scale of e-commerce for local merchants; and more flexible work for couriers.

As a member of the team at Postmates, you'll play a central role in the expansion of the Postmates platform. You will work cross-functionally across teams (Buyer, Fleet, Growth, Merchant, etc.) to own and execute on critical business program deliverables end to end. This role directly works with leadership and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing on key projects, with a focus on overall product roadmap. Additional focus will be on company wide initiatives involving product, engineering, operations and customer support teams. The program manager makes sure the process is going smoothly, all roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner and blockers are clearly communicated to leadership for decision making. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management or related fields
• Bonus for added qualifications such as MBA, PMP certifications, etc.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams to execute on complex initiatives
• Prior experience developing roadmaps, timelines and product plans
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced high-growth team environment
• Strong presentation, analytical & communication skills
