About the Role

Uber for Business is an all-in-one ground-transportation management platform, enabling companies (of all sizes) to setup an enterprise Uber account and offer rides to employees, clients, customers and more. Thousands of organisations in India are already using Uber for Business to give access to safe and affordable transportation to their employees.

India represents one of the fastest growing Uber for Business markets across all sizes of business, corporate and Government, with Mid-Market and SMB companies growing exponentially through the self service and sales channels . The product has an excellent market fit and is seeing a healthy acceptance across companies given corporate ride-sharing alternatives have been limited thus far.

Currently we have thousands of companies (big & small) registered with Uber for Business in India and neighbouring countries. The marketing led self-serve channel is growing exponentially with hundreds of new companies being added every month.

Uber for Business is also launching new products which will open entire new business segments for the business. Products targeting meetings/conferences industries, meal-expensing segments, guest/client products etc.

Given the size of the market and its unique challenges and growth techniques, we are looking to get in a resource to accelerate our growth in India via driving new acquisition and growing/penetrating existing portfolio of companies. As the Marketing Manager for Uber for Business, you will be owning and leading the efforts to build Uber as an respected enterprise transportation brand in India, responsible for growing our business, acquiring new customers and engaging our existing customers in countries.

What You’ll Do
  • Contribute in achieving the acquisition and growth targets for the Uber for Business team by working with Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing and broader Uber marketing team in the region.
  • Driving acquisition marketing across our key target segments and industries, focussed around.
  • Paid Digital Media Channels such as such as Facebook and Linkedin, as well as Adwords and Display.
  • Driving PR and Social Media presence for Uber for Business.
  • Building and driving events and exhibition marketing channel for Uber for Business in the market.
  • Develop regional customer insights learnings, specific segmentations and targeting for improving marketing in the region.
  • Work towards growing wallet-share for existing customers in both our “Direct Online” as well “Sales Led” channels via cross-sell marketing,
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with B2B Marketing to business of all sizes.
  • Experience in building and growing a brand from start. Should have experience in end-to-end execution of large scale successful marketing campaigns.
  • An expert in growth marketing, with an ability to think and execute on innovative acquisition campaigns.
  • Well versed with running paid & digital marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of concepts such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPU and LTV.
  • Excellent data and analytics skills. An expert at data-led decision making. Should be able to slice and dice data dumps, and identify the opportunities for growth. Familiarity with SQL would be a plus.
  • A great storyteller, able to articulate our values and benefits in the most effective and creative ways to our customers. Should have experience in working directly with external creative agencies.
  • Highly customer obsessed: Highly focussed on delivering the best customer experience we can. Identifying the pain points, communicating.
  • Superbly resourceful, who can derive the most of limited means. A go-getter who can hunt down the solutions and solve problems.
  • A goal seeker. An action oriented personality, who is great at identifying and prioritising the next steps out a complex situation, and then executing them perfectly.
