About you

As an entry level role, you are not expected to have pages of experience on your CV. We do however expect you to:

• Have a great degree from a great university, or be able to demonstrate your intelligence and dedication, if you don't
• Be a confident, energetic and naturally curious self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding to do a great job
• Have impeccable attention to detail in preparing and executing tasks
• Flourish in a challenging and busy environment, able to prioritise key tasks effectively
• Have excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google applications
• Additional language skills a plus
• Experience in recruitment or human resources a plus

About the Role

Our aim at AppDynamics is to seek out, hire and transform the careers of the top talent across all functions including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Operations. The EMEA business has grown from 6 people to 300 in four years, and we are not slowing down.

To support our record-breaking growth, we are seeking a detail-obsessed Recruitment Coordinator to support our internal recruitment team and HR function.

Cool under pressure and highly personable, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional, frictionless candidate experience from first interaction to their first day.

Based between London and Feltham, this role will have business-wide impact from day one, and is a fantastic opportunity for a capable and hands-on administrator looking to kick-start their recruitment career in a hyper-growth team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of and drive all aspects of recruitment administration through proactive communication and anticipation of candidate and recruiter requirements
• Maintain the candidate database, reporting and analytics
• Liaise with hiring managers, agencies and candidates across EMEA to schedule interviews
• Own candidate communications including background checks, offer letters and contracts.
• Ensure online job postings across company and third party sites are accurate and up to date
• Support the candidate onboarding process and Day 1 orientation program in conjunction with HR and hiring managers
• Support local recruitment events and programs
• Arrange candidate travel and expenses, where required
